CRM actions, appointment booking and a tool-using agent. Professional is in development and is not part of Business.
Understands the question, then gets it to the right person
Answers from your documents
Add PDFs with a text layer, Word files, Markdown, HTML, CSV and plain text, or paste text in. The Console indexes them on your computer with your OpenAI key, and every answer cites the document, section and page it came from. If the answer is not in your documents, the agent says so instead of guessing.
History you own
Every conversation is kept in a store you control: Supabase, your own PostgreSQL, or a Google Sheet. The agent remembers the earlier turns of a conversation. You choose how long history is kept, from 1 to 730 days.
Lead qualification
Plain rules you set (what they asked about, budget, timing, contact details given) score each conversation into a band, so a serious enquiry is recognised as one.
Routing and escalation
Send sales leads to sales and complaints to support. Each route can be an email address, a Slack channel, a Microsoft Teams channel or a signed webhook to your own system. Several routes can run side by side.
Your brand on the widget
Widget v2 takes your title, logo, colours, font, launcher label and placeholder text, and supports right-to-left languages. The "Powered by" line is optional. The Starter widget keeps working too, so an upgrade does not force a website change.
Insights and a weekly digest
See volumes, resolution, escalations, leads, the questions your documents could not answer, and an estimated AI cost, in the Console. A weekly summary email goes to the address you choose.
Your customers' data stays in your accounts
- Conversations travel from your website to your n8n, your OpenAI account and your store. CocciFlows has no server in that path.
- Export everything held about one customer, or delete one customer or one conversation, from the Console.
- Automatic deletion after the retention period you set, plus "delete older history now" and a full purge.
- Contact details are replaced by a per-installation pseudonymous id in your analytics. Insights never shows a customer's email or phone.
- Secrets stay in your n8n's encrypted credential store. They never appear in workflows, files, logs or the website snippet.
Be clear with your own customers
You are the one keeping your customers' conversations, so your own privacy notice should say so. The documentation lists what Business stores, where, and for how long, so you can describe it accurately. It also explains what n8n itself keeps when a run fails.

Not included in Business
Business understands and routes. It does not take actions in other systems:
- No CRM actions (it does not create or update CRM records; a signed webhook can hand a lead to your own system)
- No appointment booking or calendar access
- No tool-using agent that acts on a customer's behalf
- No WhatsApp, Telegram or voice channels
- No reading text from images or scanned PDFs
Honest numbers before you buy
You need
- n8n version 2.41.7 or newer, self-hosted or n8n Cloud
- Node.js 22.13 or newer on the computer that runs the Console
- An OpenAI account and API key
- A conversation store: Supabase, PostgreSQL or Google Sheets
- SMTP email details, for escalation emails and the digest
On n8n Cloud, Supabase cannot be used, because n8n Cloud cannot be told to trust Supabase's certificate and CocciFlows never turns certificate checks off. Use Google Sheets for a small installation, or PostgreSQL with a publicly trusted certificate. Details.
Limits we state up front
- About 1,500 knowledge passages, roughly 2 million characters or 650 pages of text
- Google Sheets is comfortable to tens of thousands of turns; the Console warns above 50,000
- Scanned PDFs without a text layer are refused (there is no OCR)
- Re-indexing is manual: press Re-index after changing documents
What it costs to run
$129 is the CocciFlows product price, one-time, with no subscription to us. Your separate costs, paid directly to those providers:
- n8n hosting, from about $5 a month self-hosted, or your n8n Cloud plan
- OpenAI usage on your key. Insights shows an estimate from published prices; your OpenAI bill is the real figure. Set a spend limit in your OpenAI account.
- Your store: Supabase and Google Sheets have free tiers; PostgreSQL is whatever your host charges
- Email, whatever your provider charges
Answer budgets
You set how many answers the agent may give per minute and per day, the model, the reply length and how much conversation memory goes with each question, so spending has a ceiling you chose. The cost guide shows estimated figures and how they are worked out.
Business FAQ
I already run Starter. What happens when I upgrade?
The Console reads your Starter setup, reuses your business details and n8n credentials, turns your FAQs into Business knowledge, installs Business and checks it while Starter keeps serving customers. Then it switches the same public address over to Business, so your website snippet keeps working. If anything fails during the switch, Starter is switched back on automatically. Starter is never deleted.
Do I have to change my website?
No. The Starter snippet works with Business. Widget v2 is optional and adds your branding.
Does Business work on n8n Cloud?
Yes, with Google Sheets or a PostgreSQL database that has a publicly trusted certificate. Supabase is not offered on n8n Cloud. n8n Cloud also decides how long it keeps run history, which CocciFlows cannot change; the documentation explains what that means for your data.
Can CocciFlows see my customers' conversations?
No. Conversations run between your website, your n8n, your OpenAI account and your store. CocciFlows has no server in that path.
Is the AI perfect?
No AI is. Business is built to answer only from your documents, cite them, treat document text as information rather than instructions, and hand over to a person rather than guess. The documentation describes its limits.
Can I uninstall it?
Yes. The Console removes the workflows and the credentials it created from your n8n. Your store and its history stay yours; the documentation explains how to export or delete them.
