Where your data goes — and where it doesn't
- Customer messages travel: your website → your n8n → your OpenAI account. Nowhere else.
- Your API keys are stored encrypted inside your n8n — never in files, never sent to CocciFlows.
- The setup wizard runs locally on your computer and keeps secrets in memory only.
- The website widget contains no keys, no prompts, no business data — it is a public, inspectable file.
- Operational logs record events, never message content or credentials.

Common questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The setup wizard collects everything in normal forms and installs the workflow for you. If you can fill in a web form and copy-paste one snippet into your website, you can install CocciFlows.
What do I need before buying?
An n8n instance (self-hosted from roughly $5/month, or n8n Cloud), an OpenAI account with an API key, and — if you want escalation emails — SMTP details from your email provider. The documentation walks through each one.
Are there really no other costs?
CocciFlows Starter itself is a one-time $49 purchase with no subscription to us. You do pay your own third parties: n8n hosting, OpenAI usage (typically a fraction of a cent per customer question on the default model), and your email provider. We publish this clearly on every product page.
What happens when the AI can't answer?
It says so politely — the agent is instructed to answer only from your business information, never to invent facts — and, when you enable handoff, it emails the conversation to your team with any contact details the customer chose to share.
Can CocciFlows see my customers' conversations?
No. Conversations run entirely between your website, your n8n, and your OpenAI account. CocciFlows has no server in that path.
