Terms of Service

1 · Who we are

CocciFlows is a range of downloadable, self-hosted automation software products, provided under the Coccinelle Technologies brand ("CocciFlows", "we", "us"). "You" means the person or organisation purchasing or using a CocciFlows product.

These terms form an agreement between you and us when you purchase or use a CocciFlows product or this website.

2 · Your licence

When you purchase a CocciFlows product you receive a licence to use that product, not ownership of it. The licence is:

• For your own use. You may install and run the product on n8n instance(s) that you own or operate, including on behalf of a client whose environment you administer.
• One-time for Starter. The AI Customer Service Agent — Starter is sold as a one-time purchase unless the product page states otherwise at the time of sale. There is no recurring CocciFlows subscription for Starter.
• Non-exclusive and non-transferable, except that you may transfer a licence to a successor of your business if you tell us and stop using it yourself.

The chat widget file included with the product may be copied to websites you operate, as part of normal use of the product.

3 · What you get — and what we do not promise

You receive the product as described on its product page and in the documentation supplied with it, at the version you purchase. We describe our products honestly and in detail so you can decide before buying; please read the product page and the requirements it lists.

To be explicit about what is not included:

• No service-level agreement. CocciFlows products run on infrastructure you control. We do not operate your agent and cannot guarantee its availability, so we offer no uptime commitment or SLA.
• No guaranteed support response times. We do not offer 24/7 or round-the-clock support, and we do not promise a response within any particular period.
• No promised future features. Anything described as planned, on the roadmap, or coming later may change or may never be released. Buy a product for what it does today, not for what may be added.
• Features outside the purchased edition are not included. Capabilities listed as belonging to another edition, or listed as not included, are not part of what you buy.

Where a product page states that a purchase includes updates within a version range, that statement applies to that product. Nothing here creates a right to a product you did not purchase.

4 · Third-party services are yours

CocciFlows products are designed to run on your own infrastructure and accounts. You are responsible for obtaining, configuring, and paying for every third-party service the product needs, including:

• n8n — self-hosted or n8n Cloud, including any subscription or hosting cost
• OpenAI or another AI provider — your account, your API key, your usage charges
• SMTP / email provider — for escalation email, where you use it
• VPS, server or cloud hosting for any self-hosted component
• Domain names, DNS and TLS certificates for your own environment

Those services are supplied by their own providers under their own terms and privacy policies, which you accept directly with them. Their charges are separate from the CocciFlows product price and are not paid to us.

We are not affiliated with n8n, OpenAI, or any hosting, email or infrastructure provider, and we do not resell their services, unless we expressly state otherwise. Third-party names are used only to describe compatibility.

Third-party services change. We cannot guarantee that any external provider will remain available, keep its current pricing, or stay compatible with a CocciFlows product indefinitely. If a provider makes a breaking change, we will consider whether a product update is reasonable, but we do not guarantee one.

5 · Your responsibilities

• Lawful use. You must use CocciFlows products lawfully, and comply with the laws that apply to you and to the people your agent talks to.
• No harmful use. You must not use a product for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or harassing activity, to infringe anyone's rights, to distribute malware, or to attack or gain unauthorised access to any system.
• Your systems, your data. You are responsible for the configuration, security, backups and lawful operation of your own n8n instance, servers, websites and accounts, and for the business information, customer data and credentials you enter into them.
• Your credentials. Keep your API keys and passwords secure and rotate them if they may have been exposed. We will never ask you for them.
• Your end users. If you deploy an agent that talks to your customers, you are responsible for telling them what you do with their data and for having a lawful basis to do it. See the Privacy Notice.
• Suitability. AI-generated answers can be wrong. You decide where and how to deploy an agent, what knowledge it is given, and whether human review is needed — particularly for regulated, medical, legal, or financial subject matter.

6 · Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in CocciFlows products — source code, workflow templates, setup software, documentation, designs, and the CocciFlows and Coccinelle Technologies names and logos — remain with us or our licensors. Your purchase grants usage rights only, as set out in section 2.

Your content stays yours. Your business information, knowledge base, configuration and conversation data belong to you. We do not claim rights in them, and in normal operation they do not reach us at all (see the Privacy Notice).

Third-party components distributed with a product remain subject to their own licences.

7 · Restrictions

Except where applicable law expressly permits it, or where a written licence from us allows it, you must not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend or publish the CocciFlows package or its files;
• publish the product's source, workflow templates or setup application, including to a public repository or file-sharing service;
• share your purchased download with people outside your organisation;
• remove or obscure copyright, licence or attribution notices;
• use the product to build a competing product for distribution.

Configuring, adapting and extending the product inside your own environment, for your own use, is expected and permitted.

8 · Price and payment

Prices are shown on the product page in US dollars. The AI Customer Service Agent — Starter is $49, one-time. Taxes may be added depending on your location.

When paid checkout opens, payments will be processed by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record; that provider will handle the transaction, invoicing and applicable tax, and may appear on your statement rather than us. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

Checkout is not open at the time of writing, and no payment is collected through this website today.

9 · Warranties

We warrant that a purchased product will perform substantially as described in its documentation at the version you purchase. If it does not, tell us — we will try to provide a fix or a workaround, and the Refund Policy explains when a refund is appropriate.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, products are provided "as is" without further warranties. We do not warrant that a product will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI-generated answers will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose, or that a product will meet a requirement we have not described.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law. If you are a consumer, you keep those rights whatever these terms say.

10 · Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, or for losses arising from third-party services you have chosen, from your configuration, or from decisions taken on the basis of AI-generated output.

Where we are liable, our total liability for all claims relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that mandatory consumer law does not allow to be excluded.

11 · Termination

Your licence lasts until it is terminated. We may suspend or terminate it if you materially breach these terms — in particular the restrictions in section 7 or the lawful-use requirements in section 5 — and, where the breach can be put right, you have not done so within a reasonable period after we ask.

You may stop using a product at any time; the product's documentation explains how to uninstall it from your n8n. Sections 6, 9, 10 and 13 continue to apply after termination.

12 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — for example when a product changes or when paid checkout opens. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Changes are not retrospective: the terms in force when you purchased continue to govern that purchase, except where a change is needed to comply with the law.

13 · Governing law

CocciFlows is operated from the United Arab Emirates under the Coccinelle Technologies brand. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and you may be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.

CocciFlows is provided under the Coccinelle Technologies brand. We do not publish company-registration, trade-licence or tax-registration details on this site; where a payment provider is required to show them at checkout, they will be shown there.
